Programme Overview
Starting after Easter a new 6-week Summer Strong Programme is launching - designed to help you feel stronger, fitter and most importantly - on track to feeling great and ready for summer.

Through a mix of Pilates, barre, yoga and resistance training, this programme offers 6 weeks of progressive exercises, structured to build strength and endurance, as well as focusing on form and technique.
As always, the group will be small — no more than 3 people - but this is less like a class and more like small group training.
Programme Details:
6 x Thursday morning classes (10am)
16th April to 21st May
55 minute sessions - 45 min workout + 10 min flexibility
Progressive programming - it gets harder as you get stronger!
Max 3 people
£110 for 6 week programme
