Pre & Postnatal
Pilates Classes

Pilates is an excellent form of exercise for both pre and postnatal women. It’s a gentle, low-impact, full-body workout that can be carefully tailored to support your body throughout pregnancy and beyond.

Pre-natal classes will typically focus on core and joint strength, posture and pelvic floor work. Postnatal classes provide a slow and structured reintroduction to exercise focusing on rebuilding strength, control and restoring core stability after birth.

Pre and Postnatal classes are only available as  private sessions and you're welcome to bring your baby to the studio.

We’ll begin with an initial phone consultation to discuss your goals any health considerations that might shape your programme.
