About your Specialist

Louise Hill

Louise is a specialist in pelvic floor and core recovery and an experienced Pilates teacher. She holds advanced qualifications in corrective exercise and is also trained in Yoga, Barre, and Pre/Postnatal Fitness. Her interest in movement began during her university studies in dance, laying the foundation for a career dedicated to helping women move well and feel strong in their bodies.

Louise is the founder of That Studio Space, a movement studio in Berkshire, UK, where she supports women through personalised one-to-one sessions, small group classes, and a growing digital platform that allows clients to access pelvic health guidance from anywhere.

As a mum of two, Louise first began studying corrective movement to support her own recovery, but quickly realised how many women are left without clear, effective support. This experience sparked her mission to empower others with the tools to feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies - built on the belief that it’s never too late to regain strength and live without limitation.

What's included in the programme

The programme is made up of short (20-30 min), guided videos across four modules, designed for you to complete at your own pace from home.

Module 1: Relax

Building foundational strength through the breath

  • Learn how your breathing pattern impacts pelvic floor function, and why it's the best place to start recovery.

  • Understand how to use your breath to reduce downward pressure on the pelvic floor.

  • Build the connection between your diaphragm, deep core, and pelvic floor to lay the groundwork for lasting strength.

Module 2: Align

Posture & alignment: optimal movement mechanics

  • Learn how your posture can influence pelvic floor symptoms.

  • Identify common postural habits that may be contributing to your symptoms.

  • Discover how to improve alignment and ease pressure on your pelvic floor.

Module 3: Engage

Building pelvic floor strength

  • Learn how to correctly perform pelvic floor contractions and understand how often to train them for optimal results.

  • Identify the correct muscles involved in a full pelvic floor contraction, while recognising and avoiding common compensations that can limit progress or increase tension.

Module 4: Strengthen

The path to lasting recovery

  • Structured classes that build full-body strength while improving pelvic floor support, control, and coordination for daily life and exercise.

  • Guided progressions with resistance and weight to safely increase challenge as you get stronger.
