It doesn’t just manage symptoms. It rebuilds lasting strength.
About your Specialist
Louise Hill
Louise is a specialist in pelvic floor and core recovery and an experienced Pilates teacher. She holds advanced qualifications in corrective exercise and is also trained in Yoga, Barre, and Pre/Postnatal Fitness. Her interest in movement began during her university studies in dance, laying the foundation for a career dedicated to helping women move well and feel strong in their bodies.
Louise is the founder of That Studio Space, a movement studio in Berkshire, UK, where she supports women through personalised one-to-one sessions, small group classes, and a growing digital platform that allows clients to access pelvic health guidance from anywhere.
As a mum of two, Louise first began studying corrective movement to support her own recovery, but quickly realised how many women are left without clear, effective support. This experience sparked her mission to empower others with the tools to feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies - built on the belief that it’s never too late to regain strength and live without limitation.
