Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that plans can change. As a small studio with limited spaces, I just ask that you give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel.
Group classes
If you cancel more than 24 hours before your class, your class credit will be returned to your account so you can use it for another session.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class will unfortunately be forfeited, as it can be difficult to fill the space at short notice.
1:1 sessions
1:1 sessions are booked in 6-week blocks, with your session dates agreed in advance to reserve your regular time.
If you need to rearrange a session, please give at least 24 hours’ notice.
Where possible, I’ll try to move your session to another available time within the same week.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be forfeited. If there isn’t another suitable space available that week, the original session will also be forfeited, as your regular appointment time has been reserved for you as part of your 6-week block.
